Well what a year!

For what started off as a community group on Facebook , we have now become a Community Interest Company which means we rely heavily on donations and fundraising which in this current climate isn't easy, but hopefully once this lockdown is slowly lifted and things start to feel normal,we can use some of the wonderful ideas you suggested to raise funds. We will also be looking for volunteers to help out with delivering the items required to drop off points which will be pre arranged.

The one thing we are lacking in is space, some people have been very generous and given up their dining rooms and lounges and even kitchen to sort, wash and fold clothing, we were really lucky as we were offered the use of a local church which we are so grateful for, we are also grateful to you as a community for your donations which have been washed and most of it sorted so we can access it when needed.

All the families that we have helped are thankful too, just shows what a community can do when it pulls together.
